1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Circo, you agree to these terms. If you use Circo for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the software or services.
2. License to use Circo
Subject to these terms and any applicable payment, Circo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the compiled Windows application on devices you own or control for lawful personal or internal business work.
Circo and included third-party components may be covered by separate copyright notices or open-source licenses. Those notices and licenses continue to apply to the components they identify. These terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license or by law.
3. Guest, Free and Pro access
- Guest: five counted actions per UTC day on a device, without an account.
- Free: 150 counted actions for a signed-in account. This allowance does not reset each day.
- Pro: no search cap during an active paid access period, subject to reasonable use, technical limits, and third-party service availability.
Counts may be reserved when an action begins, so an interrupted or unsuccessful request may occasionally count. Circo may change future free allowances, but changes do not create an automatic charge.
4. Accounts and security
Free and Pro access require Google or phone sign-in through Firebase. Keep control of the email account or phone number associated with your Circo account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify support if you believe it has been used without permission.
Do not share verification codes, payment credentials, or authentication tokens with Circo support or anyone else.
5. Pro payments and access periods
Circo Pro is offered as 30-day or one-year access at the price and currency shown before payment. Current purchases are one-time payments and do not automatically renew unless checkout explicitly says otherwise before you authorize payment.
Razorpay processes the transaction. Circo does not store your complete card, UPI, wallet, or bank credentials. Available payment methods—and any tax that applies—may vary by region.
Refund requests
Email contact@trycirco.com with the account email, payment reference, and issue. Circo will review duplicate or unauthorized charges, material service failures, and refunds required by applicable consumer law. An approved refund may end the associated Pro access.
6. Content on your screen
You are responsible for having the right to capture, search, extract, copy, or translate content visible on your screen. Do not use Circo to violate confidentiality, privacy, copyright, access controls, employment duties, or other legal obligations.
Circo does not continuously record your display. Network-backed actions send selected information to the provider required for that action, as described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use Circo to distribute malware, harass people, or unlawfully access information;
- automate abusive requests, resell the service as your own, or overload Circo or third-party services;
- bypass account allowances, entitlement checks, security controls, or payment verification;
- misrepresent Circo results as guaranteed, authoritative, or created by Circo when they come from a third party;
- reverse engineer or modify components where prohibited by an applicable license or law. This restriction does not override rights that an open-source license or applicable law expressly gives you.
8. Third-party services
Visual search depends on Google Lens, translation depends on MyMemory / Translated, authentication depends on Firebase and reCAPTCHA, and payments depend on Razorpay. Those services may change, fail, block a request, or apply their own terms and privacy practices. Circo does not control their results or availability.
9. Availability, results and liability
Circo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. OCR, translation, visual-search results, display compatibility, updates, authentication, and third-party services are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Circo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss resulting from use of the software or third-party results. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not permit Circo to exclude.
10. Suspension, termination and changes
You may stop using Circo at any time by signing out and uninstalling it. Circo may suspend access for abuse, security threats, reversed or fraudulent payments, or material violations of these terms. Circo may also change or discontinue features or the service.
If these terms change, the updated date will change here. Material changes may also be explained in the app or release notes. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Applicable law and mandatory rights depend on your location.
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@trycirco.com.
