Welcome to Circo. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Circo desktop application and associated services operated by Circo.

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant and Tiers

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the compiled application on compatible Windows desktop devices.

• Free Tier: Includes 200 visual searches.
• Pro Tier: Unlimited visual searches, subject to paid monthly ($4.99/mo) or yearly ($29.99/yr) subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, access remains active through the end of your billing cycle.

3. Intellectual Property & Native Components

The Software, compiled binaries, native optical character recognition component (`circo_win_ocr.exe`), branding, and designs remain the exclusive property of Circo.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, bypass license verifications, or redistribute the Software.
